Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had clean and nice rooms with connecting doors, but being right next to the highway was a downside. The service was exceptional, making our stay pleasant despite the circumstances. The location was very convenient for visiting Biltmore Estates and nearby outstanding eateries. The dining experience was good but could use some improvement with certain breakfast choices.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room, although small and a bit dated, exceeded my expectations given the price point. However, the noise from the busy street and neighboring rooms made it challenging to sleep. The service was a mix of nice at check-in and extremely friendly and helpful in the morning, but there were some odd encounters. The location was convenient for accessing various places around Asheville, although dining options nearby were limited. The dining experience was decent with a good selection, except for a couple of items. Overall, a budget-friendly option with some room for improvement.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and equipped with everything I needed, like a small fridge and a microwave. The location was ideal, just a stone's throw away from the Biltmore Estate. The nearby restaurant made dining convenient, although the breakfast left something to be desired.
I wouldn't stay here again due to parking and entrance driveway through the whole lot. There was a 'glitch in the system' causing my room to be cancelled due to too many rooms booked. The facilities were nice and clean, but the owner was unpleasant and double charged me despite prior arrangements with my sister's card for incidentals and room payments.
